Widespread ice is possible, with prolonged cold allowing hazardous conditions to linger on roads. Power outages and tree damage may occur, and travel could become difficult or even impossible.
The watch includes parts of Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, including Texarkana, Shreveport, Longview, and Tyler. Residents are urged to prepare now and limit travel if conditions worsen.
