The Wings & Blues Festival returns to Downtown Texarkana on Saturday, June 27, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Front Street Plaza and the Loading Dock Stage.
The free event will feature live blues music, wing competitions, local vendors, and a special tribute to Texarkana musician Travis Matthews, who has performed with legendary artists including Ike and Tina Turner and B.B. King.
Festival highlights include performances by Travis Matthews & Company, tributes to B.B. King and Stevie Ray Vaughan, regional blues bands, and the Best Wing, Best Flavor, and Best Sauce competitions.
Admission is free, and visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or tents for a full day of music, food, and family-friendly fun.
