Texarkana Water Utilities will begin Phase Two of its Customer Service Line Material Identification Project. This phase focuses on checking service line materials for homes and buildings constructed before 2014 to meet federal and state requirements.
Phase One, which reviewed engineering records, wrapped up last October. Phase Two will run for about 23 months, through September 2027.
Customers will receive a letter explaining the process and a release form allowing TWU staff to inspect the area around their meter box.
For more information, visit the TWU website or contact their office at 903-798-3829.
