Phase One, which reviewed engineering records, wrapped up last October. Phase Two will run for about 23 months, through September 2027.
Customers will receive a letter explaining the process and a release form allowing TWU staff to inspect the area around their meter box.
For more information, visit the TWU website or contact their office at 903-798-3829.
