Chance and Alexis Swafford are in custody at the Miller County Detention Center following their arrests on Monday, May 12. Warrants for both were issued the previous Friday. Chance Swafford faces several charges, including abuse of an endangered or impaired person, multiple theft counts—including four involving firearms—criminal mischief, and obtaining a signature by deception. He also faces a misdemeanor charge related to real property filings. Alexis Swafford is charged with similar offenses, including four counts of firearm theft and two major theft charges. Both are being held on $100,000 bond each.
