A Texarkana, Arkansas woman has been sentenced to nine years in federal prison for drug trafficking.

A Texarkana, Arkansas woman has been sentenced to nine years in federal prison for drug trafficking.

Fifty-five-year-old Terri Lynn Cooley pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and was sentenced to 108 months by a federal judge. Authorities say Cooley was stopped in Texarkana, Texas in October 2023 for driving without headlights, and officers discovered an active warrant. A search of her vehicle uncovered nearly 110 grams of methamphetamine.

The case was investigated by multiple local, state, and federal agencies.
