Texarkana police are still looking for Omarion Owens, accused of firing 60 shots into a home where a mother and her 10-year-old daughter were sleeping. The mother was injured, and the daughter was critically hurt after being shot in the head. She’s now home from the hospital but faces a long recovery.
The reward for information leading to Owens' arrest has been increased to $3,000, after Caddo-Shreveport Crime Stoppers matched the $1,500 already offered by Texarkana Crime Stoppers.
Owens faces multiple charges, including aggravated assault, aggravated robbery, and felony firearm charges out of Arkansas.
