A Texarkana man is facing multiple felony charges after a shots fired investigation Monday morning on Grand Avenue.
Texarkana Arkansas Police say officers responded to the 900 block of Grand Avenue around 10:30 a.m. and found several spent shell casings in the roadway. No injuries or damage were reported, even though adults and children were nearby when the shots were fired.
Witnesses identified 33-year-old Deon Bell and described the vehicle he allegedly used to leave the area.
Later that afternoon, officers located Bell and the suspect vehicle at a disturbance call on Parrish Circle. Bell was arrested without incident and booked into the Miller County Detention Center on 11 counts of aggravated assault and six counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.
