The Texarkana, Arkansas Board of Directors has approved rezoning over four acres on Tennessee Road to allow a pick-it-yourself berry farm.
The land will shift from rural residential to limited mixed use zoning in 30 days. The owners plan to plant two acres of blackberries and blueberries and are also building a home on the property.
