A former repair supervisor has sued her former employer, alleging gender discrimination and retaliation. Rachel Cuellar was fired last October after working for UTC Railcar Repair for about a year. The case was moved from Miller County circuit court to federal court last month. Cuellar is demanding a jury trail and seeks compensation including back pay and damages.
