Customers in the affected areas, including West New Boston Road, Tri State Road, Old Redlick Road, and the Beaver Lake neighborhood, should boil water for two minutes before drinking, cooking, or brushing teeth.
Bottled water may also be used. The city will notify residents once the water is safe again. For questions, call Texarkana Water Utilities at 903-798-3850.
