The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana has announced the closure of both its Hope and Texarkana campuses on Thursday, January 29, due to inclement weather. All classes are canceled as the university prioritizes the safety of students, faculty, and staff. Students are encouraged to check Blackboard for course updates and assignments. University officials say they will continue monitoring weather and road conditions before making a decision about classes on Friday, January 30. Updates will be shared through the college’s website, Facebook page, and student email.
