The Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council African American Committee will host its 26th annual African American Voice program on Friday, January 16, 2026. The event runs from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Regional Arts Center on West Fourth Street.
The evening will feature performances and special moments honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Following the program, TAAC will open its annual art exhibition, Elemental: African American Portraiture, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Admission is free, and the public is invited to attend. Guests are encouraged to wear HBCU and Greek organization colors in recognition of Dr. King’s legacy.
