There’s no shortage of fireworks, food, and fun this Fourth of July! Today, Texarkana celebrates at Hardy Memorial Methodist Church and King Park with live music, food trucks, and fireworks at dusk. Wake Village and Ashdown will also host live music and fireworks that evening.
New Boston kicks off its Freedom Fest at Trailhead Park from 6–9 pm, and Fouke brings Freedom Fest to 401 E. Lewis with vendors and music starting at 6. In Doddridge, enjoy music, a waterslide, and fireworks—just bring a lawn chair. Simms, TX starts at 6:30pm with food, bingo, bounce houses, and fireworks after 9.
Nashville, AR hosts “Stand Up for America” at 5pm in City Park with live music by Payton Howie, face painting, and fireworks. Tickets are $10–$15 for adults. Over in Lockesburg, festivities start early with bingo, a cornhole tournament, cake walk, band performance, and fireworks.
On July 5, head to Hope, AR for the Sparks Fly in July event with three live bands and a fireworks finale at the airport. DeKalb, TX will offer food trucks, music, and fireworks at DeKalb City Park. Downtown Texarkana lights up with two events: the all-day Catfish & Mudbug Festival and the Rhythm & Blues Fool Festival featuring blues music, a chess tournament, and fireworks at dark.
