The 16th Annual CEP Bi-States Hybrid Horticulture Conference and Seed Swap is set for Thursday, March 26, in Texarkana.
The event is a collaboration between Prairie View A&M University and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and will feature local speakers and horticulture exhibits.
Topics include solar farms, cut flowers, heirloom bulbs, nutrition education, East and Northeast Texas plants, and USDA farm loan updates.
The conference runs from 8:15 a.m. to 4:55 p.m. at the Southwest Center, 3222 West 7th Street.
