Texarkana Area Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of 20-year-old Omarion Owens. He’s wanted for several violent crimes in both Texas and Arkansas.
In March, Owens allegedly opened fire on a home, hitting a sleeping mother and her 10-year-old daughter. Over 60 shots were fired in just 11 seconds. The mother was injured, and her daughter was critically wounded but is now recovering at home.
Owens faces charges including aggravated assault, aggravated robbery, and firearm-related felonies. All crimes occurred shortly after he returned to the area.
