As one restaurant closes in Texarkana, another plans to open a new location. After over 30 years in business, the China Inn restaurant on Stateline Avenue will close for good tomorrow.  That news comes shortly after Texas Roadhouse announced plans to build a larger restaurant on the other side of I-30.  After 25 years near St. Michael and University, the Roadhouse will break ground in September in what is now a wooded lot near Haven Homes Resale at Summerhill and Mall Drive.  The new restaurant will seat 400 guests and share parking spaces with companion restaurant Bubba’s 33.  Both restaurants should open next spring.  105
