Severe weather possible this weekend

There’s a chance of scattered, severe thunderstorms starting around midday Friday with more thunderstorms Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

The Ark-La-Tex is bracing for several days of severe weather.  There’s a chance of scattered, severe thunderstorms starting around midday today with more thunderstorms Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.  Up to a half-inch of rain could fall along with the possibility of damaging winds and large hail.  The National Weather Service in Shreveport says storms could stretch from Arkansas to Oklahoma.
