Five people have now been accused of conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and methamphetamine in a case that began earlier this year.
33-year-old Darrell Trotter was arrested when police found around 500 fake prescription pills under his sink.
An indictment unsealed on Wednesday accuses Trotter and four others of conspiring to distribute the drug, which resulted in a death back in June.
Trotter, 32-year-old Christopher Candelaria, 27-year-old Courtney Lewis, 32-year-old Nickie Mattison, and 34-year-old Kolton Saulsbury face at least 20 years in federal prison and fines up to $10 million if convicted.
Their trials are scheduled to begin next year.
